the room had everything i needed - comfy bed, spacious, and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun. the staff was friendly and informative, making my stay even better. great location, walking distance to pools and cafes. highly recommended!

This was a really pleasant place to stay. Room was spacious and well appointed, management very obliging, walking distance to hot baths and restaurants, smallish balcony but big enough for two to enjoy the fresh air and a glass of wine.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely motor lodge in Hanmer Springs. The owner was incredibly pleasant and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to the village, cafes, pools, and even go on bush walks. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and couch, and I appreciated being able to use Netflix and Sky for entertainment. The highlight was definitely the huge spa bath and good shower. I also enjoyed the nice view from my room and the small balcony where I could relax with a drink. The manager was friendly and communication with the motel staff was excellent. I had a delightful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The friendliness of the staff, the rooms were a good size for two and well equipped for a short stay. The free wifi makes a difference in being able to communicate with the outside world. The outside patio/balconies were a relaxing area.

I'm not a big fan of shower curtains and was dissapointed you don't have free towels at the spas.

Great location! This hotel is nestled near restaurants, shops, and everything you would want to see in this city. The staff was amazing and couldn't do enough for me. Complimentary towels made my visit to the hot springs easy, and the ice supply was a nice touch for my quiet night in. I also enjoyed the flat screen TV, free Netflix, and comfy bed that made my stay very relaxing.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like!

The Manager and Staff were simply amazing, very hospitable and the rooms were clean, tidy and beautiful. Cant wait to stay again.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with the added bonus of electric blankets for those cooler nights. We were pleasantly surprised by the good wifi and TV options in the room. The kitchenette had everything we needed, although we did miss having a stove. However, it was well-equipped and had all the necessary supplies. The motel staff were friendly and provided a warm welcome, offering us milk and pool towels without us even having to ask. it felt like a home away from home.

Nestled in an excellent location, this accommodation is near to everything needed. The back patio area, between units, was a remarkable space offering great comfort. You can walk to the natural pools, the shops, and restaurants with ease. The rooms are beautifully clean and have amazing power showers for a relaxing experience. The friendly staff will assist with your every need, including providing towels for visiting the pools.

Although the accommodation provides a great shower, the bathroom floors can be slippery due to water accumulation, so take care when walking around.

Suited us very well as we only stayed one night after doing the Molsworth Relay. Great shower and very comfortable for 2 couples.

The towels for the pools were a great idea and the room size was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The blinds in the bedroom did not block out much light, making it difficult to sleep in. The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming upon arrival.
